BEL AIR Real Estate Photography & Video
BEL AIR Real Estate Photography
Premium listing photography for Bel Air's hillside estates.
Hillside drone work. Cinematic video. Twilight that sells the view. Next-day photo delivery.
Bel Air is harder to photograph than Beverly Hills. The architecture is bigger, the lots are steeper, and the properties usually sit behind gates and hedges that make ground-level exterior shots impossible.
If you're listing an estate on Stradella, Stone Canyon, Bellagio, or Nimes Road, your buyer never sees the property from the street. They see it through your photographer's drone or they don't see it at all.
We've shot Bel Air across both gates. Lower Bel Air, where Mediterranean and French Country estates fill the hillside between Sunset Boulevard and the deeper canyon roads. Upper Bel Air, where contemporary mega-mansions sit on lots that drop hundreds of feet down a hill. And Bel Air Crest, the gated subdivision off Roscomare Road where the architecture skews modern and the views run from the city across to the ocean.
Each pocket needs a different shoot plan. A photographer who treats Lower Bel Air the same as Upper Bel Air is going to get one of them wrong.

What Bel Air real estate demands of a photographer
Bel Air listings live or die by the aerial shot. The hedges, gates, and long driveways that protect the privacy of Bel Air residents also block the photographer. Without drone, you can't show the property at all. We treat drone work as the foundation of every Bel Air shoot, not an add-on. The aerial sequence gets planned before anything else, including the interior schedule.
Twilight is the second non-negotiable. A Bel Air estate at golden hour with the city or the ocean lit up behind it is what sells the property at the top of the market. Daytime shots feel flat for these listings. We shoot twilight on every Bel Air assignment, even when the agent forgets to ask for it, because the dusk frames are usually the ones that get pinned on Instagram and passed agent-to-agent.
The architecture shifts more dramatically across Bel Air than across almost any other LA neighborhood. Lower Bel Air leans traditional: Mediterranean, French Country, Spanish Colonial, occasional Tudor. Upper Bel Air and the deeper canyon roads have become modernist territory over the last decade. Glass-walled boxes, infinity pools, and architectural statements that need a completely different photographic approach. Different gear, different lighting setup, different editing style.
Lighting on Bel Air properties is also harder than it looks. The hillside orientation can put the main facade in shadow for most of the day. The grand entry hall might be a 25-foot vaulted space lit by a single skylight and a chandelier 20 feet up. We bring portable continuous and strobe lighting on every Bel Air shoot to balance these conditions.
Scale matters too. A Bel Air estate often has a main house, a guest house, a pool house, a tennis pavilion, and a separate garage cottage. Each structure needs its own coverage. We plan for a longer shoot day on Bel Air properties for exactly this reason. A buyer scrolling the listing should see every part of the property they're paying for.
Our Bel Air real estate photography services
For Bel Air listings, we treat the full media stack as essential, not optional.
Aerial drone photography and video
FAA Part 107 certified pilots. We capture both the property itself and the wider hillside context. Multiple altitudes, multiple angles, including the approach-from-above sequence that opens most luxury Bel Air listing videos.
Twilight photography
Exterior and interior twilight scenes. Pool decks at sunset. Living rooms with the city lit up beyond the windows. Master suites with the canyon view glowing in the background.
Cinematic video walkthroughs
Slider and gimbal work, color-graded for Bel Air's mix of natural and architectural light. 4K capture, edits sized for property websites, YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
Interior photography
HDR for natural-light situations, flash-blended for harder interiors. We move quickly so the property doesn't sit unstaged for hours.
3D Matterport tours
Essential for international and out-of-state buyers who can't make the trip in person. Same-day capture on shoot day, next-day delivery.
Floor plans
Important for Bel Air properties where the floor plan is often as much of a selling point as the finishes. We measure on-site.

Testimonials
We hired Blazer Visuals to take professional photos and virtually stage a condo in San Francisco. The photos turned out great and the virtual staging looks awesome. Blazer Visuals is very responsive and professional. Highly recommend. – Jeff Jefferies
I hired them to photograph a condo for sale in San Francisco. The day of the photo shoot was the day that the skies were dark due to smoke from the wildfires. They were flexible so we were able to reschedule at the last minute. When they did the photo shoot the photographer wore a mask and took great pictures. The pictures were ready the next day. I would definitely use them again.- Mark Karwowski
When my wife and I had a hard time selling our house, we decided to hire a professional photographer. That’s when we found Blazer Visuals. He was quick on getting back to us. The price was reasonable. He was very flexible on scheduling us for an appointment and was able to send us the photos within 24 hrs. They came out amazing and helped us sell our house quickly. I highly recommend Blazer Visuals. - Juan A.
